This project aims to enhance the role and capacity of women in Ukrainian communities by addressing gender inequality in local governance. Through training sessions, study visits, and the development of gender inclusion action plans, the project will empower women from 9 selected Ukrainian communities across western, central, and eastern regions to play a key role in local governance and securing community sustainability and resilience. Partners from Slovakia and Poland will contribute their expertise and best practices to support this effort.
